The Patel
Training SystemA 25-year coaching masterwork — the complete philosophy of developing the whole athlete, in thirteen connected pillars.
This isn't another exercise library. It's the why behind elite athletic development — body, mind, and character — distilled from a quarter-century on the floor with Division I athletes and taught the way a master coach mentors his own staff.
Most Coaches Collect Exercises.
Few Understand the System.
The internet is drowning in drills, programs, and hot takes. What's missing is the connective tissue — the framework that explains how energy, movement, strength, recovery, and psychology actually fit together. That's the gap this course closes.
Where Most Training Breaks Down
- Random programs stitched from social media with no organizing logic
- Physical training divorced from recovery, psychology, and character
- Methods copied without understanding why they work — so they can't be adapted
- No way to manage load, so athletes break down instead of building up
- The "whole athlete" talked about, but never actually systematized
What the Patel System Gives You
- One coherent framework — thirteen pillars that build on each other
- The reasoning behind every method, so you can adapt it to any athlete
- Body, mind, and character treated as one connected system
- A real load-management model that drives adaptation, not breakdown
- Twenty-five years of hard-won judgment, organized and teachable
Built to Change How You Coach
Every pillar is designed to upgrade your judgment — not just add to your drill collection. This is a system you'll use on Monday morning.
The Complete Picture
Stop coaching in silos. See exactly how breathing, energy systems, fascia, strength, periodization, recovery, and psychology connect into one developmental model.
The Reasoning, Not Just the Reps
Learn the why behind every prescription. When you understand the principle, you can program for any sport, any athlete, any constraint — without copying anyone.
Manage Load Like a Pro
A practical load-management framework — quadrants, the acute:chronic ratio, game-week countdowns — that keeps athletes adapting and available instead of broken down.
Train the Mind & Character
Go beyond the body. Arousal regulation, flow, emotional control, and the ten Pillars of Performance — the psychology and character that actually win games.
Recovery as a Discipline
The PREPARE system makes recovery planned and systematic — refuel, recharge, reinforce — so adaptation actually happens instead of being left to chance.
Coach-to-Coach Mentorship
Written in Coach B's own voice — the way he mentors his own staff. Recorded narration for every pillar means you can learn it on the drive, in the gym, anywhere.
This Is Earned Knowledge
The system isn't theory. It's the distilled output of a coaching career recognized at the highest level of the profession.
On the national broadcast, ESPN's John Buccigross called Coach B the best strength coach in college hockey — pointing to how fit the team still looked in the third period.
Meet Coach B
Brijesh Patel, MA, RSCC*D — Athletic Performance Coach with 25+ years developing Division I athletes and the coaches who train them.
Twenty-Five Years Building Athletes — and Coaches
For over 25 years, Coach B has been an innovator, leader, and highly regarded voice in the health and performance field. At Quinnipiac he built the strength and conditioning department from scratch, instilling a philosophy and environment where every one of 21 varsity programs' athletes receives an individualized plan — working primarily with men's and women's basketball and ice hockey.
His coaching path runs through the College of the Holy Cross, the University of Connecticut, and Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning — and his athletes have earned all-conference honors, won team championships, and gone on to professional careers.
Beyond the floor, Coach B has mentored a generation of young strength coaches into confident, impactful professionals. This course is that mentorship — written down, organized, and made available to you.
