This program is a 16 week total speed development program. It is designed for athletes and individuals that are looking to improve their overall athleticism. Each day has a different emphasis; linear, lateral and
multi-directional speed development.

The program incorporate plyometrics, sprinting as well as conditioning. The quality of your efforts will yield the desired results..not the quantity.

This program should be combined with a strength training program with minimal lower body volume. This is to make sure your lower body is not so fatigued to maximize the speed work.
