This program is designed to improve your overall conditioning and general total body strength. The program in total is 16 Weeks long with each phase focusing on different loading and interval schemes.

Your overall work capacity should improve after undergoing this program. The goal of this program is to increase overall strength throughout the upper and lower body.

This is done by progressive overload and using a variety of movements. Auxiliary exercises are programmed to help build up weak links within the kinetic chain.

We still want to improve our movement patterns, overall body awareness and feel through a variety of movements. You should not only increase strength but notice body composition changes if your nutrition is dialed in.

As with any training program, it is only as good as the effort and consistency it is done with.

The effort during training will be high, therefore it is important that sleep and recovery strategies are prioritized.
