This program is comprised of 3 bodyweight strength training days along with 2-3 days of cardiovascular training. Daily flexibility training is also programmed.As with any training program, it is only as good as the effort and consistency it is done with.Focus on great technique, and working with pace.On your recovery day, use it wisely.Items you need:
